Our Philosophy
We are committed to sharing the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda in a fun and nurturing atmosphere.
We bring people into remote areas of Alaska so they can "tune out" of modern society and really "tune in" to themselves.
We utilize daily yoga and meditation, healthy Ayurvedic meals, building community and a sense of adventure in wild places to do so.
We believe this helps people access their inherent nature: peace, serenity and bliss.

I love taking other people into wild and remote places so they can unplug and tune into themselves.
Exploring the wilderness and sharing yoga & ayurveda is what I was put on this earth to do.

Testimonials
"Jule is a wonderful teacher and guide. I have taken two trips with her and both times I have been impressed by her extensive experience, easy-going nature, and positive energy. I would highly recommend her trips to others!"
- Renee Hahnel, professional traveler
Body and mind escape! Being on a trip in nature was such a powerful experience. I loved incorporating yoga into our daily rhythm while we were out there. It was such a great trip; the perfect mix of open-minded yogis, wilderness exploration, delicious food and plenty of serenity moments. I would love to do it all over again.

Jule really loves teaching yoga, sharing ayurveda and guiding people through the wilderness. I’d describe her as a down to earth badass. She is genuinely invested in getting yogis to take their practice outside & take time for themselves. She’s all about the “challenge by choice” mentality, and super supportive if you’re out of your comfort zone or learning something new. She’s a gifted teacher, great at preparing ayurvedic meals, but more importantly, I consider her a lifelong friend. It was great spending time with her on such a memorable adventure, but I really appreciated the practical insight, wisdom & tips she shared on how to bring the peace & joy with us back home.in “the real world.”

My first yoga retreat and a truly wonderful experience. Learning about yoga & ayurveda was fun and gave me insight about my life. The other people on the trip were a joy to be around; Jule really has a gift for bringing people together and creating a fun sense of community. I appreciated Jule’s laid back attitude and sense of humor throughout the trip. The sea kayaking was in such a beautiful location; I would love to go back and explore more. I had never sea kayaked before, but Jule did a great job explaining the basics and teaching us paddle strokes/water safety. Thanks for having me along!
